General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all offers, consultations, deliveries, and services of Blu-Grid GmbH (hereinafter referred to as blu-grid) to customers in Switzerland and other European countries.
Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall only apply if blu-grid has expressly agreed to them in writing.
2. Services and Offers
blu-grid offers products and services in the field of water hygiene and consulting.
The products and prices mentioned on the website are for information purposes only. Orders are not placed via a shopping cart, but via request and individual offer.
A contract is only concluded with the written order confirmation by blu-grid.
3. Prices
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and exclusive of VAT and shipping costs.
Prices are subject to change until a binding offer has been made.
4. Terms of Payment
- New customers and customers from abroad make payments in advance.
- Regular customers within Switzerland can pay by invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
- Invoices are payable within 15 days net upon receipt.
In the event of late payment, blu-grid reserves the right to charge late payment fees or withhold deliveries.
5. Delivery
Delivery takes place after order confirmation and receipt of payment (in case of advance payment).
Delivery times are agreed individually and depend on the availability of the products.
blu-grid strives to meet agreed delivery dates but assumes no liability for delivery delays caused by third parties (e.g., manufacturers or shipping service providers).
6. Shipping Costs and Transfer of Risk
Shipping costs are shown in the offer.
The delivery is at the customer’s risk as soon as the goods have been handed over to the shipping service provider.
7. Returns and Revocation
Customers can return unused and originally packed products within 14 days of receipt.
The following are excluded from the right of return:
- opened, unpacked, or used products
- hygiene products or individually procured articles
The return is at the expense and risk of the customer. Refunds will be made after inspection of the condition of the goods.
8. Warranty and Liability
blu-grid grants the statutory warranty in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR).
There are no further guarantees unless expressly agreed in writing.
blu-grid is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
9. Data Protection
blu-grid treats personal data confidentially and in accordance with the privacy policy on this website.
By contacting us, the customer agrees to the processing of their data for the purpose of order processing.
10. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Swiss law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Aarau (AG), Switzerland.
Return Policy
At blu-grid, quality and customer satisfaction are paramount. Nevertheless, it may happen that a product needs to be returned.
Return conditions:
- Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
- The goods must be unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Opened or unpacked products (especially hygiene articles) cannot be returned.
- Returns are at your own expense and responsibility.
After successful inspection, we will refund the purchase price or issue a credit note if desired.
